2010 Annual Conference Recruitment Program

 

Recruit a new attendee or exhibitor for the VCI-Group Conference and receive an award!

Encourage your conferencing and collaboration peers to attend the VCI-Group Annual Conference and you can receive a $50 Visa Gift Card for each person you recruit. Plus, each person you recruit will receive a complimentary VCI-Group Principal Membership*.

Recruitment Guidelines:

  • Recruited conference attendees must be a first time Principal or Alliance attendee OR not have attended since 2006**. You may also recruit a company to exhibit at the conference is a first-time exhibitor OR who has not exhibited since 2006. Recruiting additional booth personnel for a company that is already exhibiting does not count as a referral.
  • If the individual you recruit is not a current member of VCI-Group, they must apply for membership and are subject to VCI-Group’s membership approval process.
  • Both the person making the referral AND the person being referred must register, pay for, and attend the conference for the referral to be valid.
  • The referral source must be submitted on the conference registration form and cannot be added later. The referral source may be submitted until June 31, 2010 for conference registrations received prior to June 3, 2010.
  • Deadline for referrals is September 15, 2010.
  • Recruiter must be a VCI-Group Principal or Alliance member.
  • Members of the VCI-Group Board at Large are not eligible to earn rewards.
  • Once registered as a member and conference attendee, a member that was recruited by someone else becomes eligible to become a recruiter and receive a gift card.
  • VCI-Group recruiters will receive a $50 (USD) Visa Gift Card for each person they recruit under these guidelines. There is no limit to the number of people you can recruit and receive a gift card for.
  • Each person recruited to attend the conference will receive a complimentary VCI-Group Principal membership*.
  • Recognition of referrals and reward of gift card(s) will take place during the conference.

*Must meet approval criteria for user membership. Exhibitors may award the membership to a qualified user.
