• Reservations for VCI-Group 2010 Conference Attendees must be made by Friday, August 27, 2010 to receive the group rate of $185 USD (plus applicable taxes) per night for single or double occupancy.
• Reservations may be made on the hotel website or by calling 1-800-222-6543.
• To receive the group rate, be sure to reserve your room under the “VCI-Group – Visual Communications Industry Group” room block.
• There are a very limited number of rooms available at the government per diem rate of $168 during the conference and they are based on a first-come, first-served basis. The limit is one room per registrant. To receive the government per diem rate, please call 1-800-222-6543 and reserve your room under the “Government – VCI-Group” room block. You must have your government ID with you at the time of your check-in.
