It is my privilege to accept the position of the Visual Communications Industry Group President for 2010. This year we have added two (2) new Directors to the Board. We are pleased to welcome Isaac Rubenstein and Rebecca Tisdale as Directors. We know they will be a valuable addition to our team. The VCI-Group Board at Large is a group of dedicated volunteers that is committed to making 2010 a successful first year for VCI-Group and its members.
 
VCI-Group Alliance Member companies include vendors, dealers, or consultants, who manufacture or supply collaboration technologies products and/or services and are an important part of our organization. Whether your organization is responsible for engineering, implementation, or operations, these are the companies that can help you complete your responsibilities on time, within budget, and without surprises. They are strong supporters of VCI-Group and its members and assist us in keeping you informed of the latest in the conferencing and collaboration industry.
 
A valuable benefit of being a member of the Visual Communications Industry Group is having the ability to use the VCI-Group Email Discussion List (the ListServ). This resource allows members to tap into the vast knowledge of Principal and Alliance members to get answers to their most important questions.
 
The VCI-Group website is a great resource for keeping in touch with what's happening with VCI-Group and the conferencing and collaboration industry. Add www.vci-group.org to your favorites listing and visit it often for an instant link to the information you need.

In closing, I would like you to remember this organization is about you, our members, and we continually strive to do what is best for you. We, the board, value hearing from you and welcome suggestions as to how we can continue to improve this valuable organization.
