Who We Are

Welcome to the Visual Communications Industry Group (VCI-Group) website. We are the knowledge-sharing community that shapes the Visual Communications Industry. We urge you to explore further to learn more about who we are and what VCI-Group can do for you and your organization.

The VCI-Group is a community comprised of End-Users and Vendors focused on videoconferencing, telepresence, Unified Communications and/or collaboration technologies.  Our members are anyone within an organization that makes visual communications purchasing decisions or recommendations, creates implementation strategies, and/or supports the technology.

The group was originally founded in 2001 as a specific vendor user group and in 2010 changed to be vendor agnostic.  This change has allowed the group to become the largest independent association in the conferencing and collaboration industry.
