• Reservations for VCI-Group 2012 Annual Conference Attendees must be made by September 26, 2012 by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time to guarantee the group rate of $159 USD (plus applicable taxes) per night for single or double occupancy.

• To receive the group rate, be sure to reserve your room under the “VCI-Group – Visual Communications Industry Group” room block.
• There will be a very limited number of rooms available at the government per diem rate ($134/night) and they are based on a first-come, first-served basis. The government rate may change over time. The limit is one room per registrant. To receive the government per diem rate, please call +1-831-372-1234 and reserve your room under the “Government – VCI-Group” room block. You must have your government ID with you at the time of your check-in.
